How to Stretch Your Penis – Natural Enlargement Exercises

  • Jelqing: The milking aka jelqing method, is a relatively easy penis stretching exercise, whereby a milking type motion is used on the penile shaft. This exercise is not too difficult as it does replicate the milking of a cow. Follow this process:

1. Circle the base of the penis using your thumb and forefinger. Semi-erection can be achieved with a slightly less than firm grip, as this will help the blood to remain sufficiently trapped.

2. Next, move the grip hand along the length of the penile shaft pushing the trapped blood along into every part of the penis, reaching full engorgement. Once your hand gets to the end of the shaft, switch over and start the procedure with the other hand. You can use a lubricant to aid in smooth movements.


  • You can stand or sit, as long as you are comfortable

  • Stretch only while flaccid at first. Do not do the exercises while erected until you have been stretching for 3-6 months, as an erection causes a more intense stretch to occur.
